Welcome! I'm Alex, a fully trained Life Coach with 15 years of working life experience in the Tech field across start-ups, scale-ups, and publicly traded corporates. I had a humble start in life, and I'm pleased to say that things are - although ever-changing - currently going better than I could have ever hoped for all those years ago. My own journey against the odds has filled me with gratitude and passion for what's really possible for all of us when we meet life with a growth mindset and an open heart. That's why it's my endeavour to give back and help others understand and believe in themselves, unlock their brilliance, and maximise fulfilment. I do this by supporting others with the same tools that have helped me: self-awareness, positive psychology and mindful, eastern philosophy;
delivered delivered through a Coaching framework.
I'm a fully trained Co-Active® Coach under the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Practitioner in training. I am skilled, trained, and experienced in holding powerful, safe & transformative Coaching conversations. My work allows my coachees to get unstuck and get crystal clear on what matters and why. I invest significant time and resource into my Coaching education to bring high standards to my craft.
